How hiring work here

Process varies by role. But generally, here’s what to expect:

Recruiter conversation (30 min — 1 hour)

Anastasiia walks through your background, our context, and whether the role makes sense for both sides.

Technical interview (up to 1.5 hours)

Deeper conversation about the work with the hiring team. You meet who you'd actually work with — not just HR.

Culture fit conversation (up to 1 hour)

Separate call focused on how we work together. Some roles combine this with the technical interview.

Practical work (optional)

Sometimes a focused task. Can come before or after the technical interview, depending on role.

Offer or honest no

Either way, you'll know within a week. If we say no, we explain why.
