How we helped GTBank redefine their digital banking experience
We developed a completely new, modern solution for GTBank's mobile app, enhancing engagement and customer satisfaction for a user base of 30 million while transforming their digital experience on iOS and Android. As a cornerstone of the African financial sector for over a decade, GTBank's mobile app had become outdated, hindering customer acquisition and engagement. The result was a modernized app that digitized numerous offline processes, providing users with more opportunities while significantly reducing the bank's costs for offline support.
GTBank has been a cornerstone of the African financial sector for over a decade. However, despite its long-standing reputation, the bank's mobile app had not received significant updates, leading to stagnation and difficulties in attracting new customers. With the rise of innovative mobile banking solutions, GTBank realized the need for change to remain competitive in the market.
To address this, GTBank approached us with a clear goal: to overhaul their mobile banking experience and revamp their IT infrastructure to better serve their growing user base.
